An agent is given the job and goes and does it, and the four parts above are what let it.

Out of a chat you fetch the document, paste it in, take the answer out and put it where it belongs, and next time you brief it again from the start.
In your ecosystem it opens the document itself, does the job, puts the answer where it belongs, and next time it already knows.
