The agent ecosystemSign in

For founders and business owners

You use AI every day and somehow you are still doing all the admin.

Eight weeks, one-to-one, to set up an ecosystem on your own machine that knows your business and manages the admin, so your time can go on what will grow it.

    • Replies drafted
    • Meetings briefed
    • Posts drafted
    • The numbers, nightly
    • CRM kept
    • Quiet clients flagged
    • Invoices drafted
    • Notes filed

Who it is for

This is for you if...

  • You run a business and are constantly forced to wear different hats.
  • Your time is eaten up with (albeit necessary) admin.
  • You have told your AI how you want it to support you, and it still misses things.
  • You are the bottleneck in most of your own processes.
  • You have no time to pull the big levers that would make a real difference.

What you set up

An ecosystem that knows you, and how the parts of your business fit together.

    It knows who you are

Who you are, how you work and what matters, kept up to date as things change.

It has access to the tools it needs

Your inbox, your calendar, your files, no more copying and pasting.

It knows how you do each job

The inbox catch-up, the call prep, the invoice run, done your way every time.

It does the jobs on its own

On a schedule, whenever you want the work done, whatever the hour, with a note of what it did.

Then you expand it, for all the parts of your business

Agents with the tools, runbooks and schedules to allow you to scale, sustainably.

Case studies

Three builds, on real work.

Each one built by the client on a session, on their own machine. Names left out, because their inbox is their business.

  1. Two days a month, handed back.

A founder running his family's business from another continent.

    200 invoices a month
    his agent
    the books, day one

    VAT numbers mistyped

    Why so much soap?

    Before

Around two hundred invoices a month, each arriving by email and typed into a spreadsheet by hand before it could reach the books. Two days of someone's month, every month, and the accountant still chasing.

    After

An agent reads each invoice out of the inbox, writes it into the spreadsheet in the shape the books need and files the email as done, so the figures are ready on the first morning of the month. On the way it flagged VAT numbers mistyped on invoices, which had been quietly costing money.

  2. The one-person launch.

A founder whose app carries what the Macmillan nurses who cared for his father taught him about grief.

    one founder
    video ideas
    scripts
    site resources

    Before

A launch that lives or dies on content, and only one of him to make it.

    After

A build that turns the readings and resources he had already gathered into video ideas, scripts and pages for the site, so the knowledge keeps reaching people while the app is still being built.

  3. The newsletter he had stopped writing.

An executive coach with a list, and no time.

    coaching lessonthe newswisdoma tool
    the draft
    his half hour

    Before

Writing it cost more time than he had, so it stopped going out.

    After

Each of its four sections gets its own skill, a lesson from that week's coaching with the client details taken out, his read on the news, a piece of wisdom and a tool to use at work, chained into a draft that lands ready for the half hour of review that keeps it sounding like him.

Already built

The first people through it, in their own words.

We couldn't have agents do things from start to finish. Now we get a daily brief, in the morning and the evening. We don't have to go into emails. We can see exactly what's going on just from that one thing.

I know what you are thinking

  • I do not have eight weeks.

It is an hour a week on your own real work, so the hour is not on top of the job, it is the job done a new way. The first thing you hand over is the inbox, and that pays the hour back.

  • I will get stuck, or break something.

You build it with me beside you, and between sessions you message me and it gets sorted. It asks before it does anything, so the worst case is a file to fix, not a client to apologise to.

  • What does it cost?

I quote it on the call, once I know what you want built, because the answer depends on that. It is a serious investment rather than something you buy on impulse, and if it is not right for you we will both know inside the thirty minutes.

  • My clients' information.

It goes one slice at a time to where the model runs and back, the same as the Claude you already use, and you decide what it may reach before anything is connected. Every email it writes lands as a draft for you to send.

  • I will end up locked in.

It is a folder of plain files on your machine. Change model, change tool, and the folder comes with you.

  • Is this coding?

No. Claude Code is the same tool a developer uses, pointed at your inbox and your week instead of at software. You type in English.

  • Do I need Claude Pro?

A Claude subscription, yes, and Pro is enough; Claude Code comes with it. That and a computer you are allowed to install things on is all you need.

  • What tools do I need?

Claude, and the things you already use, your inbox, your calendar, your files. The build connects them; it does not add to them.

  • Will I still need my other AI subscriptions?

Mostly not. Summarising, drafting, notes and reminders end up in the one folder that knows you, and most people cancel two or three in the first month.

  • Can it build me a dashboard off the back of it?

Yes. Once it gathers your numbers every night, a page that shows them is one more job. Mine lands as a calendar event each morning, because that is what I wanted.

The commitment

If it was not worth your time, you do not pay for it.

Do the whole thing. If at the end you do not think it was worth what you paid, tell me and I refund all of it, no questions asked.

Thirty minutes, and no pitch.

The call is the application and the scoping in one. If it is not right for you, I will say so on the call rather than sell you something.

  1. 1You tell me what fills your week and where the time actually goes.
  2. 2I tell you what I would build first, and what it would take.
  3. 3You hear the price, and we both decide whether it is a fit.

I take a few builds at a time, and the price goes up in October.
