Stage six, session two

The runbooks

It knows who it is and it can reach your things. Now it needs to know how the repetitive jobs are done here, written down once as a skill.

To get the rest of the course…

Early-bird price

£99for lifetime access

It's the early-bird price while I'm filming the rest of the videos, and it goes up to (at least!) £199 once they're all released.

Unlock the course to open these:

  1. 6.01The runbooks, how you do each job
  2. 6.02Where they live
  3. 6.03Skill or brief, which goes where
  4. 6.04How it finds the right one
  5. 6.05An example skill
  6. 6.06Which jobs to hand over, the five questions
  7. 6.07Write your first one, by interview
  8. 6.08Test it before you trust it
  9. 6.09Ready when, what goes wrong, and homework
  10. 6.10One skill handing to another
  11. 6.11The LLM Council, five advisors on one decision
  12. 6.12The runbook that improves itself

You also get…

  1. 1Every stage written up, with the prompts to paste in, from mapping your ecosystem to sharing your skills.
  2. 2The videos as I film them, each one going straight into its stage.
  3. 3Thirty minutes with me once you've finished stage seven, where we go through what you've built and what to hand over next.

If it isn't for you, I've got a no-questions-asked 14-day refund policy, just email me and I'll sort it.

Rather have me build it with you, one-to-one over eight weeks? Book a call.
