If you give us your email, we add it to our list so we can send you guides and updates about building with AI. We store it securely, we don't sell it, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time. That's really it — the rest of this page is the detail.

This site is run by Beema Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"). We're the data controller for the information described here. For anything to do with your data — questions, unsubscribing, or a request to delete it — email oli@beema.solutions.

• Your email address — only when you choose to enter it into one of our signup forms.
• A note of where you signed up — e.g. which page the form was on, so we know which guides you were interested in.
• Anonymous, cookieless usage stats — basic analytics about page visits that don't identify you and don't track you across other sites.

We don't ask for your name, and we don't collect anything you don't hand over yourself.

We use your email to send you guides, skills, tutorials and the occasional update about building with AI. Our legal basis is your consent — you give it by entering your email and submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing. The anonymous usage stats are used under our legitimate interest in understanding which content is useful, and because they don't identify you they don't need a cookie banner.

We keep things lean. The only third parties involved are the services that run this website:

• Supabase — stores our email list securely.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics above.

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. These providers may process data on servers outside the UK; where they do, that transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We keep your email on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribe or email us and we'll remove you — there's no reason for us to hold on to it after that.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask what we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time;
• object to how we use it.

To do any of these, email oli@beema.solutions and we'll sort it. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. The only thing we store in your browser is a small flag that remembers you've already seen the email signup prompt, so we don't keep asking — that's functional, not tracking.

If we change what we collect or who we use, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For anything material, the honest move is we'd tell you.
