If you have more than one inbox
At the moment you can only have one Gmail or one Outlook connected to Claude, and one calendar.
That is annoying if your work runs across more than one, so I use Composio, which holds as many accounts of each as you have and hands Claude all of them at once, and it is not an advert but a tool I found that works.

Every inbox, and hundreds more applications, down one wire
First, make an account at composio.dev.
The free plan is plenty for this, and it needs no card.
Then connect Composio to Claude, once.
Paste this into Claude Code and it installs Composio and logs you in, so there are no commands for you to run, and a browser window opens for you to approve the login with the account you just made.
Then go back to Composio and connect your inboxes.
On dashboard.composio.dev you connect each inbox once, and every one you add there shows up in Claude without you touching Claude again.

Last, ask Claude what it can reach.
It should list every inbox by its address, and if one is missing, connect it again on Composio and ask again.
It is not only email.
Composio has connectors for hundreds of applications, so when something you use is not on Claude’s own list, look there first and connect it the same way, and mine has five mailboxes, four calendars, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Stripe on it.
It does hold access to your accounts on its servers.
It keeps that access encrypted and drops an account the moment you delete its connection, and it had a security incident in May 2026 that it published a full account of, with outside firms checking the fixes afterwards.
Read its privacy page and decide whether that sits inside your own comfort, and I would do the built-in connectors first.
