Context, and saying it out loud
Good prompting is mostly one thing, and it is not a framework, it is context.
Context is everything it would need to know to do the job properly if it had never met you, what you do and who for, what has been tried, the constraints, and the bits you would only mention if somebody asked.
The fastest way to get that out of your head is to say it out loud.
Talking pulls out the aside, the exception and the bit of history you would have edited out of a typed paragraph, and those are usually the parts that make the answer good.

So you need something that turns your voice into text, and either of these does it:
