Hey,

[UPDATE] What's new

I'm a couple of weeks into working for myself now. I've done my first few AI coaching sessions, getting people confident using Claude to automate parts of their work, and I've signed my first enterprise client on a monthly retainer for AI advisory.

I'm finding a rhythm, and decided it was only right to throw some Fable credits at redesigning my website. The homepage is meant to represent the ecosystem I work in (and is a prelude to where I think the world of AI and agents is going).

[Thought Piece] The way software gets sold is quietly changing

For decades, business software was one size fits all. You bought the tool, then changed how your company worked to fit it. That wasn't anyone's fault, building bespoke software was just so expensive that almost nobody could justify it.

The new AI age software companies do it differently. They build one generalist product to get through your door, then send an engineer to sit inside your business and bend that software around the way you actually work. And they can afford to do that for every single client, because with AI, tailoring software has gone from months of expensive work to basically days.

This should excite you, no longer should your employees be working within the bounds of a generic piece of enterprise software.

So, next time your business is looking at new software, the question isn't "does this fit our needs", it's "can it be tailored to meet them".

There is always the option to just build it yourself too.

[Agents] How to set up your own

The same shift is coming to each of us individually. I'm fully convinced that within a few years everyone will have their own AI agent ecosystem. Not a chatbot you visit, a system that knows you, knows how you work, and has the context it needs to be genuinely useful.

So I've spent the last couple of weeks making a series on how to set one up yourself, no coding involved. Each one has a full written guide:

[Quid Pro Quo] Help me test the course

I've started building a course on all of this, setting up your own agent ecosystem from scratch so you can start seeing the real productivity and consistency gains from AI.

Before it launches, I want to test the material on real people, so I'm looking for a handful of you to go through it with me one to one, at a heavily discounted rate. You get one-to-one training and an agent set up to help with your actual work, I get honest feedback on what lands.

If you're interested, just reply to this email with a few times you're around for a short chat.
