Quick update from me first, I've done it. Tuesday was my last day in my job as the AI lead, and I've now set up my own company, helping small and medium businesses figure out where the value actually is for them in adopting AI.
So while I find my feet, in case you missed them, here are three super helpful resources:

[Day-to-day] Stop editing every answer
If you keep telling your AI the same things (shorter, British English, enough with the bullet points), there's one box in the settings that fixes it for good. Whatever you write there travels alongside every prompt you send.
The page covers what belongs in it, what to leave out, and there's a prompt that interviews you and then writes yours for you.

When a model says it's thinking, it isn't pondering. It writes itself a rough draft, picks holes in it, sometimes goes off and checks something, and only then answers you. Same as rereading an email before you send it.
A few minutes to read, and you'll know what that changes and what it doesn't fix.

Most of you have been given a Copilot licence at work, and in the corner of it there's a toggle most people have never pressed, Quick Response or Think Deeper. One answers fast off what it already knows, the other works the problem properly before it speaks.
Knowing which to use for which job is the difference between Copilot being a gimmick and being genuinely useful.
